The Intentional Team Programme

Most team workshops give people a good day and a notebook full of ideas they never act on. The way I work is different- the workshop is just the start.

Phase 1: Discovery Before anything else, I spend time with you (and often the team) to understand what's actually going on. What's working, what isn't, and what the team needs most right now. This shapes everything that follows.

Phase 2: Kickoff workshop A half-day in person that gives everyone a shared foundation before the individual work begins. Interactive, practical, and shaped around what your team needs most right now.

Recent sessions have explored things like:

  • Stop Going Round in Circles — using the Circle of Control to shift from firefighting to focused, intentional action

  • Know What You're Working With — understanding individual strengths and values, and how to get more of everyone's best work

  • Getting Out of Your Own Way — practical tools for the hesitation, overthinking or lack of confidence that quietly gets in the way of performance

  • Habits That Actually Stick — building small systems and routines that hold up when things get hectic again

  • Difficult Conversations, Done Well — building confidence for the conversations people avoid, grounded in real scenarios

  • Connecting to the Bigger Picture — helping teams reconnect to purpose and priorities when heads are down and direction feels unclear

Sessions are never off-the-shelf. We'll agree the focus together based on what comes up in the discovery conversation, and every participant leaves with their own workbook and a personal action plan to carry into their coaching sessions.

Phase 3: One-to-one coaching Each team member then has some individual sessions (fortnightly works well to maintain momentum). This is their space — to work on their specific challenges with someone outside the business who gets the operational reality. Everyone completes a short questionnaire before and after so we can see clearly what's shifted.

Phase 4: Follow-through I share a summary of outcomes with the leadership team. And there's always the option to keep a bank of sessions for ongoing support as the business continues to grow.

I’m Litsa — executive coach & leadership mentor working with corporate clients across Manchester, Cheshire, the North West & beyond.

Before starting Work With Litsa, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership roles at L’Oréal, THG and Warner Bros, where I learned how to create focus, develop teams and solve the real operational problems that hold businesses back.
