We’ll map where you are now, what’s important for you, and where you want to take things next. You’ll leave with a clear direction and first steps.Bimonthly 60-minute 1:1 strategy sessions.
You book them in when you need them , this is deep-dive time with me to untangle challenges, refine plans, and move forward faster. You bring what’s live, and we work it through together.Monthly group calls.
The first 6 months are themed around my strategic pillars and include goal setting/ tracking (Vision, Offer & Model, Sales & Marketing, Client Delivery, Operations, Finance). That’s exactly what this is designed to fix. By Design gives you structure and accountability built in, through regular 1:1s, small‑group calls, and weekly Focus & Fly coworking. You’ll have consistent touchpoints that keep things moving, so the work doesn’t get lost once life gets busy again.
Will I get lost in a group?
Not a chance. There are a maximum of six participants in each cohort. You’ll have your own 1:1 sessions and a Trello board for tailored support, plus group discussions that stay small enough for everyone’s business to be seen and understood.
What if the other people are miles ahead of me (or behind)?
The group is curated carefully. Everyone joining will be established, ambitious, and committed to building a business that truly works for them. You won’t be the only one feeling stretched or craving clarity, you’ll fit right in.
How much access do I get to you, Litsa?
Plenty - and it’s structured in a way that’s useful, not overwhelming.
You’ll get:
A 90‑minute 1:1 kick‑off
then a 60‑minute strategy sessions every other month - up to 4 of them
Monthly themed group calls
Weekly Focus & Fly coworking
Light‑touch group chat for in‑between questions or wins
It’s a high‑touch, genuinely personal experience, but without constant pings or pressure.
What if I join and it’s not the right fit?
There’s a 3‑month get‑out option built in. You’ll know early on if this is the right space for you, and if it’s not, you can step away after that first review point, no hard feelings. If it is the right fit, you’ve got 10 months of meaningful, structured progress ahead of you.
Do I need to attend everything live?
You’ll get the most out of it if you can join live for the 1:1s and group calls, but life happens and recordings will be sent if you cant make them. The group rhythm is there to support you, not stress you out. If you miss something, you’ll have summaries and can always pick back up at the next session.
