I’m Litsa — business mentor, strategist and coach, working with founders across Manchester, Cheshire, the North West and beyond.
Before starting Work With Litsa, I spent over a decade in corporate leadership roles at L’Oréal, THG and Warner Bros, where I learned how to create focus, develop teams, and solve the real operational challenges that hold businesses back.

I’ve joined programmes before and not followed through. How is this different?
That’s exactly what this is designed to fix. By Design gives you structure and accountability built in, through regular 1:1s, small‑group calls, and weekly Focus & Fly coworking. You’ll have consistent touchpoints that keep things moving, so the work doesn’t get lost once life gets busy again.
Will I get lost in a group?
Not a chance. There are a maximum of six participants in each cohort. You’ll have your own 1:1 sessions and a Trello board for tailored support, plus group discussions that stay small enough for everyone’s business to be seen and understood.
What if the other people are miles ahead of me (or behind)?
The group is curated carefully. Everyone joining will be established, ambitious, and committed to building a business that truly works for them. You won’t be the only one feeling stretched or craving clarity, you’ll fit right in.

The group rhythm is there to support you, not stress you out. If you miss something, you’ll have summaries and can always pick back up at the next session.
