Hi, I’m Litsa, a business mentor and coach helping founders and leaders build the version of their business they actually want.

Most of my clients are already doing well, but they’re ready for their next chapter to feel more intentional. They want to grow, streamline, or step back a little. They want their business to run well without them having to carry it all.

That’s where I come in.

After 20 years leading teams and strategy projects for companies like L’Oréal, Tesco, THG and Warner Bros, I started Work With Litsa to bring the same level of clarity and structured thinking to ambitious small businesses and leaders.

Today, I work with founders and managers who want to make confident decisions, think more strategically, and create the headspace to lead well, without losing the spark that got them here in the first place.

My approach is practical and energising. I help clients simplify what’s complicated, find focus, and move forward with clear plans that actually work in real life.

I live in Altrincham, South Manchester, with my husband and two boys, and I’m proudly Cypriot at heart, which means connection, food, and laughter are usually part of the mix somewhere along the way.
