Hi! I’m Litsa

I'm Litsa, I live in Altrincham in South Manchester with my husband and two children. 

I have worked in multiple large corporate FMCG businesses over the last 20 years including L’Oreal, THG, Tesco and Warner Bros, and I started my business “Work With Litsa”  in 2021 when I worked with  a coach and discovered that my true core values were to "make a difference", with authenticity and collaboration and fun. 

My Parents are from Cyprus but I was born here in Manchester - doesn’t stop me loving all Cypriot food and the sun 🌞

I am a mentor and business coach who empowers overwhelmed business owners and managers to overcome obstacles and transform their ways of working so they go from stuck to unstoppable and feel focused and light. Through my fun and positive approach working 1:1 or in groups, I provide clarity, strategic guidance, and consistent support, helping clients gain focus and take impactful action so they can get where they want to go with ease and flow.
