Setting a team vision

Managers of smaller teams can often be “waiting” for their directors or seniors to hand them a vision and plan for their team.

A Manager who is able to take everything they know about where the business is going and devise a vision and plan for their team - however small their team is- is the type of manager who will become a leader of the future.

I this workshop I talk a team, or cohort of managers, through HOW to do this in a way that’s accessible to all.
