Habits for wellbeing workshop
An enlightening insight into the cues and systems that help us make habits stick, and how we can use that knowledge to ward off overwhelm in the workplace and at home- and keep ourselves feeling healthy and operating as our best selves.
This workshop can be delivered virtually for up to 100 people as a 45 minute workshop, or in person with up to 15 people per session as a 1.5 hour interactive workshop with follow up session
