The perfect system for getting focused and organised

So then.... you've tried ALL the "things" to get yourself more organised and focused to make the best use of your time and calm the swirling to-do list....

Someone told you Trello was amazing - tried it, worked for a bit, then you forgot about it.

You saw a mate using Click-up - "oh my god it looks amazing! I will be an organised machine with that in my life!". Got the free trial and tried it but eurgh its too complicated!

"Make a list using Microsoft To-Do", said an Instagram reel - you'll never forget anything again! Guess where this is going?

So .. yep, you've got me - if you have been looking for the perfect "system" or "thing" that will help you manage that mental clutter cloud and get focus and clarity - I can promise you that it doesn't exist.

Am i saying all these systems are bad? Absolutely not! They're fab and I use some of them myself. BUT just downloading them and hoping that that in itself will magically transform your business is, unfortunately, unlikely to happen.

The key is to address your habits. your ways of working. One habit that could help you to do this is to have a structured way in which you plan and prioritise your work / time/ life each week. I have a step by step guide of how to do this in my free guide "Find 4 hours in your week"

Perhaps your foundational processes and set ups too. But the key are those habits. The things that are required for you (uniquely you) to have focused, fulfilling days which ultimately lead to business success.

And by success I mean whatever success looks like to you and likely includes financial goals achieved while working on the work that you love - I call this Passionate Powered Profit!

Can you think of an instance where you've ever succumbed to the "shiny new system gonna sort me out" thing? I would love to know which "thing" it was and if you use it still? drop me an email to let me know Litsa@unscrambleme.co.uk
